Abstract

We encourage you to submit an abstract for the poster presentation. Abstracts should be no more than 250 words. The deadline to submit abstracts is May 2, 2023.

Poster Guidelines

• Posters should not be larger than 36 x 48″ in size
• Students who are presenting posters at the Symposium may begin setting up in the Radiology Atrium at 7:00am

The event will be taking place in the Radiology Building at Michigan State University.

Directions & Parking

Visitor “Pay by Plate” parking is available in front of the Radiology Building in Lot 100 (East Side only).

You must park in a space designated as a “Pay by Plate” parking space. Signage has been installed in these areas. Parking spaces not marked as “Pay by Plate” may be reserved for permit parking. Parking in a space not designated as “Pay by Plate” parking may result in a parking violation.  Immediately after parking, enter license plate number and payment into the lot’s pay station or via the MSU SPOTON app.  Pay stations accept cash payment or credit cards.  They do not give change back nor are refunds issued for time paid for but not used. Unused parking time in one lot may not be used in another lot.  Parking is only valid for the lot paid.  If you move to another lot, payment is required again in the lot that you move to.
